What You'll Do
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and internal workflows.
Coordinate training sessions, schedules, attendance, and logistics .
Handle queries related to internships, jobs, and training programs .
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and timely execution .
Support corporate outreach and skilled communication .
Maintain reports, trackers, and operational records.
Assist with research, analysis, follow-ups, and process improvement .





What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree / pursuing BBA, MBA, Management, Commerce, or related field .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks .
Positive problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, and CRM tools .
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and execute.
