Role & responsibilities
Strong Land Acquisition / Land Procurement experience.
Excellent landowner and mediator network.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Karnataka land laws and documentation.
Understanding of RTC, Mutation, EC, Khata, DC Conversion and Title Documents.
Strong knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka real estate market.
Ability to identify commercially viable land parcels.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and financial feasibility understanding.
Ability to independently manage land acquisition transactions.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Kannada communication skills are highly preferred.
