What You’ll Do
Design realistic, high-quality multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
Simulate user interactions with tools such as Calendar, Email, Maps, and Drive.
Model intelligent assistant behavior and appropriate function/tool usage.
Create realistic scenarios involving complex reasoning, decision-making, and task completion.
Craft conversations demonstrating when an AI assistant should use tools—and when it should not.
Ensure conversations follow defined formatting, quality, and training guidelines.
Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback and quality requirements.
Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high-quality deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of overall skilled experience in a technical or analytical field.
Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with at least one programming language or technical stack.
Good understanding of APIs, JSON, structured data, and logical workflows.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Ability to break down complex tasks into logical steps.
Experience with LLMs, AI assistants, agent frameworks, or function-calling APIs is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Candidates must be available for at least 4 hours per day and maintain a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST .
