Role: Junior Tender & Bid Management Executive

What You’ll Do
Identify and track relevant tender & bid opportunities
Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and information
Maintain tender databases, records and submission timelines
Review tender requirements and eligibility criteria
Support in preparing commercial & technical bid documentation
Follow up on tender status and maintain proper documentation
Learn end-to-end Tender & Bid Management processes





What We’re Looking For: BBA/B.Com graduates with good academic background

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation

Positive analytical and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and build a career in Tender/Bid Management
