Jshine Souk Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
Provide detailed information about jewellery collections, designs, gemstones, diamond quality, certifications, and pricing.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends,
product knowledge, and industry standards.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
Prior experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail (6Month to 1+ year preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
