Role & responsibilities
Develop product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans for mineral processing equipment and solutions.
Understand customer requirements, mineral applications and market trends to identify current product opportunities.
Conduct market, competitor and product benchmarking across crushing, screening, conveying and mineral processing solutions.
Define product specifications, performance parameters, features and application requirements.
Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales and Service teams for product development.
Drive Current Product Development (NPD), product upgrades, localization and value-engineering initiatives.
Prepare Product Requirement Specifications (PRS/PRD) based on customer and market requirements.
Support product costing, target pricing, business case and profitability analysis.
Coordinate prototype development, testing, field trials and product validation.
Collect and analyze customer feedback,



field performance, warranty and service issues and drive product improvements.
Develop product positioning, technical presentations, brochures and sales/service training materials.
Support Sales and Application Engineering teams in product selection, application suitability and technical proposals.
Monitor product sales, market share, margins and competitive positioning.
Identify prospects for product standardization, modularization and cost optimization.
Ensure products meet applicable quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in crushing & screening, mineral processing, mining equipment, quarrying, material handling, aggregate processing or heavy engineering equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
