Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with contracts and business transactions.
Provide legal guidance and strategic support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
Collaborate with business teams to facilitate smooth execution of agreements.
Handle contract lifecycle management and maintain accurate documentation.
