Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining databases, and providing accurate information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from various sources.
Generate sales, stock, inventory, and performance reports.
Create and maintain Excel dashboards and trackers.
Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather data.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Maintain records and databases in an organized manner.
Support business planning and decision-making through data analysis.

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, Charts, etc.).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in MIS reporting and data management.
Good understanding of sales and operational reporting.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Sales Operations.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or business reporting systems.
