Job Title: MIS Executive

Department: MIS / Business Operations

Location: Head Office, Kirti Nagar

Reporting To: Business Head

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from different departments and locations.
Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, targets vs. achievement, primary/secondary sales, expenses, productivity, and performance.
Maintain and update various Excel trackers, dashboards, and databases.
Analyse data and highlight key variances, trends, gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all MIS reports before circulation.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments for data collection.
Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and templates to improve reporting efficiency.
Track pending data and follow up with concerned teams for timely submission.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all reports and data.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.




Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Advance MS Excel including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
IF / Nested IF
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Excel Dashboards
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI / SQL / ERP will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and data interpretation ability.

Educational Qualification Graduate in: B. Com / BBA / BCA / MBA / equivalent qualification.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Operations, Sales MIS, or a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/sales/retail/automobile or distribution business will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
