The Manager Enterprise Architecture is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of architects within a specific pillar, driving the design and implementation of architecture solutions. This position focuses on tactical execution, team mentorship, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Essential Job Functions
Lead a team of architects to design, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.Develop and enforce technical standards, frameworks, and best practices within the team
Shape application and digital strategies, leading the adoption of transformative technologies for competitive advantage.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architecture plans. Oversee the execution of architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance enterprise capabilities.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to foster skill development
Ensure architecture solutions comply with financial industry regulations and security standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
12+ years of experience working in related field
3+ years people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master s Degree or equivalent education and / or experience Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
12+ years inTechnology/with at least 3 years specializing in Technology Architecture or Engineering
5+ years direct leadership experience
