Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead division launch strategy and execution.
Achieve business targets (80+ Cr PAN India).
Build and manage national sales team.
Drive penetration across PAN India markets.
Ensure robust relationships with key stakeholders and institutions.
Provide strategic inputs to MD for division growth.
