Maintain accurate stock-in and stock-out records on a daily basis.
Record all receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Update warehouse stock data in Excel/ERP/SAP on a timely basis.
Reconcile physical stock vs. system stock and identify discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock MIS reports.
Track opening stock, inward stock, outward stock, and closing stock.
Monitor stock movement across warehouses and locations.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for stock-related information.
Maintain accurate SKU-wise, size-wise, colour-wise, and category-wise stock data.
Track pending dispatches, pending receipts, and stock discrepancies.
Prepare reports on slow-moving, quick-moving, and ageing inventory.
Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements and transactions.
Robust Excel knowledge is essential, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filters, and data validation.
Identify errors or mismatches in stock data and ensure timely correction.
Provide accurate and timely stock reports to management and relevant departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
