Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture with Core HR ,Talent Management, ORC, and Learning.
Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business, HR, and enterprise architecture objectives.
Define and govern Core HR best practices, workforce structures, security, and data governance.
Lead end-to-end implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Oversee integrations with payroll, ERP, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Review and validate Core HR, Talent, ORC, and Learning configurations and solution designs.
Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, quarterly releases, and system changes.
Provide architectural guidance on security, compliance, reporting, and workforce data management.
Mentor project teams and drive adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
