Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Ensure patient satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
Manage manpower, staff discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Implement and monitor SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, resources, and cost control.
Ensure proper facility, equipment, inventory, and infrastructure management.
Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.
Ensure statutory, safety, and accreditation compliance.
Conduct regular department reviews and operational meetings.
Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management.
Lead teams and ensure effective communication and coordination across the hospital.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
