Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Officer / Executive responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing MIS reports, tracking operational performance, and providing timely information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Update and manage Excel sheets, trackers, and operational databases.
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various teams.
Follow up with teams for missing data and working-status updates.
Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
Maintain historical records and backups.
Share accurate and timely reports with management and stakeholders.




Provide basic analysis of operational and performance data.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP.
Robust data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field.
5 7 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or operations.
Excel certification/computer course preferred.
