Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze monthly customer requirements based on schedules received from all customers based on the FIRM and Tentative schedules as received from Sales team.
Plan production activities according to schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Evaluating raw material position and preparation and release of RM schedule/requirements. Follow-up and ensure timely production and delivery of RM to each of the respective manufacturing plant. For bought out raw materials, closely follow-up with purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of RM.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Develop and maintain accurate production schedules using SAP B1 software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, control, and scheduling.
