Experience & Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Mandatory experience in PPC within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
Experience in gemstone planning, gemstone inventory, and stone requirement planning will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and MIS.
Valuable coordination and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control gemstone requirements as per production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
Ensure timely availability of gemstones to avoid production delays.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Stone Procurement, Stores, Production, and Quality teams for smooth execution and timely order fulfilment.
Monitor gemstone inventory, issue/return transactions, WIP, and consumption.
Prepare and manage production plans, capacity planning, and MIS reports.
Work on ERP-based planning and ensure accurate tracking of gemstone requirements and availability.
Identify potential shortages or planning gaps and take proactive action to ensure smooth production flow.
