Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
Resolve issues related to print quality, paper jams, drivers, and connectivity.
Configure network printers using IP addresses.
Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, and Windows-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
Maintain printer assets, service records, and consumables.
Provide timely support to end users and escalate complex issues when required.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, printers, and networking.
Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.
