Designation: Order Processing Officer - Quick Commerce

Location: Padgha, Bhiwandi

Required Experience -
minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing officer.
Prior experience in quick commerce (blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, flipkart quick, big basket.

Role & responsibilities To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of quick commerce orders (1030-minute delivery model) by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting seamless orders fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: -
Process incoming quick commerce orders through platforms.
Right Product, Right Quantity, Right SKU’s & right discount to be processed at timer of order processing.
Monitors live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents as required.
Ensure real-time system updates for orders status and inventory movement.




Identify stock mismatches, shortage or damages and report immediately.
Adhere strictly to quick commerce SLA’s and turnaround times.
Minimize order cancellations, delays and wrong shipments.
Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly data reports for review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Order Processing accuracy (100 %).
Order fulfillment TAT adherence.
Order cancellation and return rate.
System and inventory accuracy
SLA compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies : -
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work In a fast-paced, time-critical workplace.
Advance computer skills (oms/wms, SAP,advance excel, email).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Problem solving mind set.
