Healthcare Insurance Claims Associate / Health Processor
Review and process healthcare insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
Verify patient information, insurance policy details, and claim documentation.
Check claims for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Maintain accurate records of claims and related information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim adjudication.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up as required.
Handle healthcare and insurance-related data with confidentiality.
Perform computer-based claim processing and documentation.
Meet required productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
Complete comprehensive training provided by the company.
Work effectively during the assigned night shift.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Valuable English reading comprehension.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT).
Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work in a night-shift workplace.
Valuable learning ability and willingness to build a career in healthcare insurance.
