8+ years of qualified software development experience, with heavy focus on enterprise application development
Proven, hands-on experience refactoring or migrating legacy systems (VB6 or classic ASP) into C#/.NET
Mastery of C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, and dependency injection patterns
Exceptional Oracle Database development skills complex stored procedures, performance bottleneck diagnosis via execution plans
Practical experience with core AWS and Azure services (identity management, serverless compute, secure connectivity)
Experience integrating with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
