Role & responsibilities
Design ,study and review: For defining the scope of the entire project for all the entities.
Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting & Controlling the

Preparing timetables for all the activities, calculating resources & developing Project progress curves.
