We're seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our operations in Kundaim-Ponda, Goa. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee entire plant operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless order planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize plant operations to meet production targets
Foster solid customer relationships through effective interaction and communication
Develop and execute order plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence Initiate and Drive improvement programme for manufacturing like 6S , Kaizen.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a solid background in Production Planning and Execution
Domain expertise in Fabrication (Sheet Metal) and Machining is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plant Head or similar leadership role knowledge of ERP system, Industry work standards

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
