Marklytics India is hiring a People Generalist.

This is our first dedicated People role in India. The successful candidate will build the function from the ground up, covering both talent acquisition and HR operations for a growing engineering team working across India and the UK.

Key responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, from sourcing through to offer
Own onboarding and the employee lifecycle end to end
Administer payroll coordination and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, gratuity, contracts and statutory records
Draft and maintain HR policy and documentation
Support employee relations and performance processes
Establish communication and engagement practices suited to a distributed team

Requirements
3–5 years of combined experience in recruitment and HR operations




Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance obligations
Demonstrated experience hiring for technical roles
Ability to operate independently in an workplace without established HR processes
Robust written communication, with comfort working asynchronously across time zones

Desirable
Experience in a startup, product organisation or technology services firm
Exposure to cross-border or distributed teams
