The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the assigned outlet, including sales, staff management, food quality, customer service, inventory, hygiene, and operational performance. The manager must ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and in accordance with Rail Rolls standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
Ensure smooth and productive functioning of the outlet.
Follow and implement company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Monitor outlet performance and take corrective action when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
