Role & responsibilities
Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and profitability.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical & mechanical equipment, batching plants, transit mixers, pumps and utilities.
Plan and monitor production, dispatch, plant capacity and resource utilisation.
Ensure preventive/breakdown maintenance and minimise plant downtime.
Monitor electrical systems, DG sets, panels, motors, automation and mechanical equipment for protected and effective operation.
Ensure concrete quality, raw material management and timely resolution of customer complaints.
Drive cost optimisation, energy efficiency and reduction in operational losses.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental requirements.
Lead and develop plant teams, contractors and operators.
Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Technical, Maintenance and Commercial teams for smooth business operations.
