Role & responsibilities
Oversee Rubber mixing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Defective product handling methodology
Develop and implement strategy effective mixing process mainly to optimize production on mixer, Mills and Preform Extruders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPD and existing part to resolve issues related to rubber process and Molding
Manage manpower handling, Training, and performance evaluation
Knowledge about machines related to rubber products manufacturing; as to understand rubber compound during mixing process & molding
Design and development of dies and fixtures in Preform extruder to improve quality; productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
Supporting to Business Unit Managers for production processes mixing,



molding and so on.
Documenting production data and adhering to quality control procedures
Compound Design, Developing & optimizing rubber compounds
Material Selection, Evaluating & selecting raw materials to ensure quality.
