Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain tooling fixtures for sheet metal stamping processes using CAD software such as AutoCAD.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for current products or changes to existing ones.
Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on press tools, jigs, dies, and other equipment in the Tool Room.
