Azad Hind Dhaba is looking for a Mocktail Person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality mocktails, coolers, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, creative, hygienic, and able to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.

Responsibilities
Prepare mocktails, coolers, shakes, and other beverages.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quantity.
Ensure attractive presentation and garnishing of beverages.
Keep the beverage preparation area clean and hygienic.
Prepare and maintain syrups, mixes, garnishes, and ingredients.
Check and maintain beverage stock.
Ensure quick and effective service during peak hours.
Maintain proper hygiene and food-safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

Requirements




Experience in mocktail/beverage preparation is preferred.
Knowledge of different mocktails, coolers, shakes, and beverages.
Valuable presentation and garnishing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant workplace.
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
Freshers with relevant skills or experience may also apply.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience. Experience: 0–2 years preferred.
