Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters and helpers.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline and productivity.
Plan and execute daily production as per the production schedule.
Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.
Monitor sheet metal fabrication activities from cutting to final assembly.
Monitor Laser/Plasma cutting, CNC bending, shearing, punching, welding, grinding and assembly operations.
Identify quality problems and implement corrective actions.
Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters and helpers.

Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Ensure workers use safety shoes, gloves, goggles, helmets, ear protection and other required PPE.
Monitor production efficiency, manpower productivity and machine utilization.
Prepare daily production reports.
Maintain production, rejection, rework and downtime records.
Monitor production against daily/monthly targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
