· Responsibilities from Raw Material Cutting To Dispatch.

· Make Monthly, Weekly & Daily Job / Work Schedule for In house Men power & Machines and Complete It in With in time Limit.

· Maximum Use of In-House Resources.

· Attend Daily Production Meeting With Senior Engineer.

· Strongly Follow-up of In-House Job.

· Daily Production, Weekly, Monthly Data Provide To Senior Engineer.

· Monitoring of Daily Production & Its Quality and Improve It.

· Follow-up of Daily Work from Workers & Ready it for Next Process.

· Take A Strong Decision to Improve Production & Quality.

· Appoint current person for Blue Collar Job & Train them According to Their Ability.

· Ready for New Challenges occur During Production from Men & Machine and solve it.

· Verbal Discussion Or Communication Will Not Be Acceptable.

· Daily Reporting to P.P.C. Head.
