Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to Classes XI–XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical-thinking skills.
Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
Provide remedial and enrichment support according to students’ learning needs.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Use appropriate digital tools and cutting-edge teaching methods.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and other academic activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning and school development.





Qualifications:
Master’s degree in English or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification, as required by the school/board.
Solid command of spoken and written English.
Relevant teaching experience at the senior-secondary level is preferred.
