Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production & fabrication activities.
Manage manufacturing of heavy machinery & industrial equipment.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Maintenance & Stores.
Review drawings, BOMs & production schedules.
Monitor manpower, machines, productivity & material availability.
Ensure quality, safety & timely production targets.
Maintain reports and drive process improvements.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
4 years’ experience in heavy fabrication, machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, drawings, BOMs & production planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP.
Valuable leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
Ready for Shift Working: Morning & Evening Shifts.
