Product Development & Techpack • Prepare and maintain BOM, Costing Sheets and Techpacks for Bags, Rucksacks and Apparel.
Prepare detailed technical specifications, measurements, construction details and material requirements.
Ensure approved designs and technical requirements are correctly implemented in samples.
Sampling & Master Coordination • Coordinate with Masters for Bag, Rucksack and Apparel sample development.
Follow up on samples progress and ensure required corrections are implemented.
Review samples against techpack; approved design and development requirements.
Maintain the final approved sample as a reference for further development and production. 3.

Overall

Coordination • Act as a coordination point between Design team, Master, Printing/Branding, Production and external vendors/agencies.
Support photoshoot preparation for current products.
Monitor development activities and follow up on work is completed as planned.
Identify product-related issues during development and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation, references and status updates throughout the product development process Role & responsibilities
