Identify APIfication and modernization opportunities
Prepare business case and discuss with JD Irving business for approvals
Prepare the architecture and design. Get approval from JD Irving enterprise architects’ team
Perform POCs and demonstrate outcomes for recent ideas, innovations
Contribute to developing current up-to-date features as per approved design
Prepare the effort estimates, identify skills needed to execute
Leverage available Core team capacity to deliver approved modernizations
Recommend engaging Birlasoft’ s flex team for additional skills and capacity on need basis Subject to approval of modernization business cases.
Track modernization initiatives and provide quarterly reports.
Design, Implement DevSecOps pipelines, instrument observability frameworks
Own modern components
