Plan the shop floor activity to meet the customer requirement, even there is fluctuation in the market demand.
Monitoring of Resources
Evolve resource plan for manpower and budget with definite timelines for the year. Monitor and track the same for compliance.
Customer Focus
Based on the customer need, plan the shop floor accordingly and actively participate in customer complaints and provide solution.
Data and MIS preparation
Provide or make all the relevant data(ISO, rejection report, production report, Breakdown analysis) related to Production, and can present as and when required
