Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Pharma Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong skilled relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and chemists in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and other key customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies as per the assigned territory plan.
Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure regular follow-ups with doctors and customers.
Maintain accurate daily visit reports/DCR and submit required sales reports on time.




Manage the assigned territory effectively and ensure proper coverage.
Coordinate with the reporting manager and sales team to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc./B.Pharm/ or equivalent preferred.
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Android applications.
Candidates with experience in doctor/chemist coverage will be preferred.
