Job Summary We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns focused on leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan budgets, audiences, targeting, retargeting, and campaign strategies.

Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing of creative, ad copy, audiences, and placements.

Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve lead quality and conversions.

Key Skills : Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Solid analytical and optimization skills. Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels.

Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Result-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
