We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and other digital platforms.

The role requires someone who understands numbers as well as creatives — someone who can identify what is working, why it is working, and what should be tested next.

You will work closely with our content, design, and social media teams to improve campaign performance for e-commerce, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, and other brands.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, Conversion Rate and AOV
Analyse campaign, ad set, audience, category and creative-level performance
Conduct continuous creative, audience, offer and campaign strategy testing
Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, attribution, algorithms and advertising policies

Skills We Are Looking For
Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Good understanding of e-commerce performance marketing




Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on numbers
Understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion funnels and unit economics
Solid knowledge of creative testing and scaling strategies

Preferred Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Experience working with e-commerce, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or D2C brands will be preferred.
