Platform Solution Architect Principal / Architect JL5

Technical authority for a large-scale, cloud-native AI platform. Own all architectural decisions across LLM integration, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. Lead the architecture review process and serve as the senior technical point of contact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end platform architecture across all technical domains
Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and lead the architecture review board
Define integration architecture across enterprise systems and communication channels
Design AI agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflow models
Define security architecture: identity, access control, audit, and data governance
Review and approve API contracts, data schemas, and tool definitions
Mentor engineering teams on design patterns and best practices
Lead technical client-facing discussions and solutioning sessions





REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
10+ years software engineering; 4+ years in platform or solution architecture
Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and agentic system design patterns
Multi-tenant SaaS platform design at enterprise scale
Event-driven architecture: Kafka or equivalent message streaming
Cloud-native: Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS or Azure
Graph and relational databases; vector store and RAG pipeline design
Security architecture: OAuth 2.0, RBAC/ABAC, zero-trust
Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana
Solid communication across engineering and executive audiences

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or tool-calling standards
Background in ITSM or enterprise service management
AWS Solutions Architect Skilled or Azure equivalent certification
