Role & responsibilities
Product Management & NPA
Support NPA / New Product Addition activities for electric bus products.
Understand customer and market requirements and translate them into product requirements.
Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service teams for product development.
Track product development milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Support product validation, testing, trials, and launch activities.
Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare product specifications, presentations, product documentation, and management updates.
EV & Bus Industry
Develop a robust understanding of EV bus technology, vehicle architecture, and key vehicle systems.




Understand customer requirements and industry trends related to electric buses.
Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and product changes.
Support resolution of product-related technical and field issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for product improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Product Management EV / Automotive
NPA / Recent Product Addition
Solid understanding of Electric Vehicles / EV Buses
Bus product knowledge
Product development and lifecycle management; ability to diagnose failures and analyse power-electronic system performance
