Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Drone Show Operations Manager to join our Operations & amp; Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of multi-UAV drone light shows.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and execute drone light show missions.

 Perform pre-show site surveys.

 Manage fleet pre-flight checks, arming sequences, and post-flight diagnostics

 Troubleshoot in-field issues (RTK Fix failures, altitude offsets, motor/ESC anomalies)

 Coordinate with the ground crew and show production teams on show file execution.

 Maintain show fleet airworthiness — batteries (charge cycles, IR monitoring), frames,

props





 Compile show logs and submit incident/deviation reports

Required Qualifications

 Minimum 5 years of hands-on UAV/drone operations experience

 Demonstrated experience with RTK-based mission planning (ArduPilot/Mission Planner or equivalent)

 Proficiency with drone show software is a solid plus

 Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) preferred

 understanding of RF link management, frequency coordination, and show-site RF setting assessment

 Ability to read and act on telemetry data during live operations.

CTC: 10LPA-20LPA (Salary can be discussed)
