Role & responsibilities
Should have production process knowledge including tools and related process settings, Problem solving, Trouble shooting & Knowledge on Assembly operations
Knowledge on Quality Control assurance practices and Quality systems required
Ability to train, guide, motivate the team of young diploma apprentices and Operating Engineers in shop floor.
Must have ability to handle "Knowledge Work force Model" in shop floor with utmost outstanding place to work culture.
Have to actively take part in various initiatives such as employee engagement, Improvement Proposals, 5S3C3T in shop floor and also on TQC Goal Review Systems.
