Role Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is productive, organised, compassionate and comfortable working hands-on in an animal hospital/NGO environment. The role involves a mix of administrative coordination, donor communication and regular interaction with hospital operations, so the person must be equally at ease with paperwork and people as they are around animals.
Languages: Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Bengali
Education: Well-educated, articulate and able to communicate professionally
Administration: Efficient with paperwork, documentation, records and general coordination
Communication: Comfortable corresponding with donors, coordinating across teams and liaising with different stakeholders
Hospital involvement: Willing to do rounds, interact with the OPD and understand day-to-day hospital operations
Overseeing Clanliness:



To ensure all the sections at the hospital are in the required state of cleanliness as outlined by Manager and Ground Manager for optimal running of the hospital facility.
Animals: Must be genuinely comfortable around animals, including sick, injured and distressed animals
Sensitivity: This is an on-ground role where pain and suffering are encountered every day. The person must have empathy, sensitivity and emotional maturity while still being able to function efficiently
Core skills: Solid coordination, follow-through, communication, organisation and liaison skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
