Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services for commercial workspace projects.
Source and evaluate vendors for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP requirements.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with Project, Design, Estimation, and Site teams to understand project requirements.
Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Track procurement schedules and follow up with vendors to avoid project delays.
Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Maintain vendor records, procurement documentation,



and cost-related reports.
Develop and maintain a strong vendor network for commercial interior and MEP requirements.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in MEP procurement, preferably in commercial interiors/workspace projects.
Valuable knowledge of MEP materials, vendors, and market rates.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of BOQ, specifications, and procurement processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
