Performance Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads for real estate projects.
Generate quality leads and improve CPL.
Plan and optimize campaigns based on location, audience & budget.
Track CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion & ROAS.
Manage retargeting and lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with Sales & Creative teams to improve conversions.
Monitor leads from campaign → site visit → booking.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Required Skills
Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Lead Generation & CRM.
Preferred: Experience in real estate/performance marketing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
