Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the IP and OP pharmacy departments, ensuring effective and effective service delivery.
Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance, motivation, and career development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies related to pharmacy operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy processes, enhance patient care, and optimize inventory management.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of pharmaceutical services, conducting regular audits and assessments.
Address patient queries and concerns regarding medications, providing expert advice and information.




Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and foster a patient-centric environment.
Prepare and manage the pharmacy budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely procurement and availability of medications.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to safeguard against medication errors.
Stay updated on advancements in pharmaceutical practices and integrate current technologies and methodologies into the pharmacy operations.

Qualification

B.Pharm/D.Pharm with valid Pharmacy Council registration; MBA/M.Pharm preferred
