Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Trainer to train and develop pharmacists and pharmacy staff on medicine knowledge, pharmacy operations, SOPs, dispensing processes, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction, product, process, and refresher training for pharmacy teams.

Train staff on medicines, prescription handling, dispensing, and pharmacy SOPs.

Identify training gaps and improve employee knowledge and performance.

Prepare training materials and conduct assessments.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training reports.





Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for training requirements.

Travel to stores/locations as required.

Eligibility

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

3–5 years of experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical training, or pharmacy operations.

Solid medicine and pharmacy knowledge.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valuable command of English and relevant regional language.

Willingness to travel.

Preferred: Experience in retail pharmacy chains or pharmaceutical/healthcare organizations.
