Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 students.
Create a warm, positive and nurturing classroom setting.
Develop students foundational skills in English, Mathematics, EVS and General Awareness.
Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Conduct assessments, maintain records and provide timely feedback.
Encourage valuable habits, discipline, creativity and positive values among students.
Organise classroom activities, celebrations and experiential learning experiences.
Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers for academic planning.
Requirements
Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as a Primary/Mother Teacher will be preferred.
Positive communication and classroom-management skills.
Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
