Role Description

This is a full time in office role located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma for an Operations Supervisor.

The Operations

Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the effective execution of production schedules.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, optimizing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.



The role requires efficient resource management, addressing operational challenges, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
Competence in Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead teams
Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth and effective workflows
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, performance evaluation, and process improvement
Excellent Communication skills for transparent and effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in a production setting
